Coming off of CCA's first NAML title, the Lady Cougars went back to work in 2009-2010.  Led by team captain Lane Crawford and newcomer Semaj Thompson, the Cougars dominated the competiton by finishing the season undefeated.  The Lady Cougars were unblemished in both conference and non-conference play.  Winning two NAML titles in as many years has the Cougars ready for the three-peat next season.  When asked about the possibility of the 3 peat, Coach Singletary promised that the Lady Cougars would be ready take on the challenge .  "The target is on our backs now, we are number 1.  We can't sneak up on anyone any longer because of our success".  "You don't go 23-2 in two seasons and go unnoticed."  The Lady Cougars are up for the challenge of defending the title yet one more time!   Lets Go Cougars!!
