My coaching philosophy is to help each girl develop to the best of her ability the talent God has given her to play the game of volleyball. At Cornerstone Christian Academy, we look for these qualities — a determination to work hard, a competitive spirit, and the willingness to place team above self. I love watching the players get better as the season progresses. Seeing their confidence and hard work pay off makes coaching enjoyable.
