In 2008 Georgia Assembly passed into law House Bill 1133 which allows individuals and corporations to choose to redirect a portion of their Georgia state income tax dollars for need based financial aid. Cornerstone Christian Academy has partnered with Georgia GOAL, a state approved Student Scholarship Organization, as required by law to administer this tax credit program.
These are tax dollars that you are already paying to the state. This tax credit allows you to take up to $2,500 of your Georgia State income tax, and gives you a dollar for dollar income tax credit against your Georgia state Income tax liability.
How can I participate?
Anyone who pays Georgia State Income tax is eligible to participate. Contributing early is essential this year. We predict that the $50 million in available tax credits, will be gone by early fall. Year to date the approvals have increased 426% over last year.
Please follow the instructions included in the attached 2012 Tax Credit forms. Please include payment, either by check or credit card with your completed forms.
Corporate gift matching is also available with this tax credit.

"The most important thing about CCA is that it helps me learn. It has wonderful teachers from Mrs. Ostrowski to Mrs. Davis. Every day we have math. Sometimes it is as hard as trying to break a pencil and sometimes it is as easy as stepping on the floor. On Thursday, we go to chapel and sing praises to God and we sound louder than the Liberty Bell. At recess, we all run like maniacs escaping a flood. At lunch time, we shove food into our mouths like wild animals. But the most important thing about CCA is that it helps me learn."
