| About: | Cristy Walden is Cornerstone’s Chief Financial Officer. She grew up in Peachtree Corners and attended Wesleyan School. Cristy graduated summa cum laude from both Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from Mercer University with a Master of Accountancy. After graduation she worked for Deloitte, serving companies as an external auditor. While at Deloitte, Cristy managed audits of SEC registrants and specialized in control implementation. Cristy then moved from Deloitte to Windham Brannon, LLC, where she continued to work on external audits for private companies and non-profit entities. At Windham Brannon, Cristy was actively involved in the Firm’s staff development & CPE training. In addition, Cristy was a co-chair of the revenue research committee committed to the understanding and implementation of the new revenue recognition standard. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mrs. Walden resides in East Cobb with her husband Richard, and their daughter, Annabelle. The Walden family are members of the Church of the Apostles.
