Cheerleading is a team sport. The players depend on the cheerleaders to help motivate the fans. A cheerleader's goal is to promote good sportsmanship, boost school spirit, develop positive crowd involvement, and provide encouraging, enthusiastic team support. Cheerleading is offered to fifth through eighth grade female students, and the season runs from October until February. |
