Cougars Den

Families may register their Cornerstone students in Cougars Den, our staff-led aftercare program, available on regular school days from 3:00–6:00 p.m. (not available on early dismissal days).

Students enjoy a snack and homework time before engaging in recreational and free-choice activities.

Program Details

• Registration: By semester

  • Semester 1: August – December

  • Semester 2: January – May

• Commitment: Once a semester begins, families may not withdraw. Spring semester registration must be completed before Semester 2 starts.

Tuition & Billing

• The cost is based on the number of days per week a student attends:

  • 5 days per week = $2,000 per semester

  • 4 days per week = $1,600 per semester

  • 3 days per week = $1,200 per semester

  • 2 days per week = $800 per semester

  • 1 days per week = $400 per semester

• Tuition is billed in equal monthly installments throughout the semester.

• The first month’s payment is due by the first day of school.

• Payment details are available in the Parent Portal.

Additional Information

• Families requesting to join after the semester begins must provide at least two weeks' notice.

• Late Pick-Up: A late fee applies if a child is not picked up by 6:00 p.m.

• Clubs Discount: Students enrolled in Cougars Den five days a week receive a discounted rate for club participation.
